How do I place a custom order?

You can upload your image directly through our website when placing your order. If you have special requests, you can also email us at sales@bernsz.com.

 
What file types do you accept?

We recommend high-resolution files in formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI for the best print quality.

 
How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1–2 business days before your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships out.

 
Do you offer rush printing?

Yes! If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional fees.

 
Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes, proofs are available upon request for custom designs. Please leave a note during checkout or email us after placing your order.

 
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. Please check our shipping page for more details.

 
What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damage. We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

 
Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours after purchase. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

 
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
